Prediabetes Explainer

Prediabetes is when the blood sugar is high but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes.  1 in 4 people with prediabetes will progress to diabetes in 3-5 years unless lifestyle changes are made.  The good news is that by adopting a healthy lifestyle, the risk of diabetes can be greatly reduced.
